Since as long as I can remember, I have always been completely intrigued by the ocean, all of the plants and animals within it, and how they all work together in incredible symbiotic relationships.  The beautiful coast of California is filled with unique fauna making this particular intertidal zone incredibly special and a vital part of the health of our overall environment.  
 
I created this statement ring as a reminder of how special our coast is and the need to take care of it to keep it healthy and thriving.
 
I found this gorgeous agate with a sparkling druzy center on the beach in Malibu,  California.  I cut it, hand polished it, and took inspiration from the beautiful California coast to hand silversmith it into this one-of-a-kind sterling silver statement ring.  I hand carved each barnacle and tunicate (sea squirt) out of silver to make this ring incredibly unique.


This sterling silver statement ring measures 23mm in diameter and comes out 6.5mm from your finger.
